Here starts the nightly battle between good and irritable sleep. Here starts a new day or a bad day. Here’s where brain cell development and a healthy persona reside. Here’s what determines the boundaries between getting along or getting by your day. Here’s where life decisions are made or broken. Here’s where exhaustion takes a pause and excitement begins. Here’s the answer to sleeping like a baby:

Too hard, too soft, just right.
Slumber or arousal.
Peace or turmoil.
Comfy or misery.
Friend or foe.
Relief or fear.
At last or oh no.
Dreams or terror.
Health or disease
Hellos or goodbyes……….

The time is now to take charge of your sleep life and rethink your fabulous bed as a blessing: a repose, a health-driving aid to longevity, and your best friend. A comfy bed is a portal to good or bad sleeping habits. Even if you can’t get targeted sleep, the sleep you do get must be sound and peaceful.

Your mattress can’t be too soft or too hard; your pillow like a cloud. The careful choice of your bed, pillow, and sleep parameters is as important as purchasing a new car or home since you spend nearly 1/3 of your life in their world. Make them beautiful, make them comfy. Fall in love.
