It appears, not only in this election season, but life in general today; the lair of a liar is worming itself into our lives.
People lie to save their business and financial skins, their marriages and friendships. They lie to procure power and status and often irrationally convince themselves abhorrent behavior is somehow ok. This lying worm may temporarily get what it wants but will eventually destroy its host.
So why is it so prevalent, this lair of the liar? Can it be because the truth is a barrier to selfish endeavors and greed, or because our leaders promote it? Or is it because everyone else is stupid and a quick lie will do them good or because telling the truth hurts?
This political season is the worst case of a liar’s worm. Hillary Clinton has based her entire career on deceit and innuendos, veils and misdirection. How can we let such a person lead our country? It’s because those who would vote for her are infected with the same malady and need her false narrative of helplessness, government parenting and la la land. Our enemies count on her lack of integrity, carelessness and ethical carnage to taunt and breakdown the very fiber of our existence.
WE CANNOT VOTE, WE MUST NOT VOTE FOR HILLARY CLINTON as the next president of the United States of America in good conscience; our beautiful country depends on it; our way of life depends on it; the institution of marriage depends on it; unborn children depend on it; our safety and borders depend on it; religion depends on it; and lastly our freedom and constitutional government depends on it.
I fear for America. I fear for myself and family. This election is serious. Please vote with integrity and foresight and not with the Vegas side-show that is Hillary Clinton. You just may be our country’s last line of defense. -p.o.martig
*Update: Trump did win the election thanks to all the disenfranchised people of America who felt like I did. Our collective sigh of relief reverberated throughout the country.
